The club had an exhibition match against “stars” of the local over 30 hockey league at the Civic Auditorium and came through with an easy 11-2 win.
Harvey Hackney and Les Godfrey, two players on extreme left in back row, along with goalie Bev Hickie were not eligible to play with the squad, as they are “too young.”
