There might not be enough snow on the ground in the Estevan area to make a snowman, but something different could be found at the site of All Creatures north of Estevan.
This snowman was built out of tires and greeted those who drove past the business. Frosty was wearing clothes associated with a snowman, too.
As a bonus, they won’t have to worry about him melting when temperatures warm up.
