Diane Horner congratulates Brent Allin for being named the 2016 winner of the Golden Spike Award, presented at the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce’s annual President’s Dinner and annual meeting on Wednesday at the Legion Hall. Allin has been a long-time volunteer with the Weyburn United Way, the Chamber of Commerce and Weyburn Minor Football, as well as working with the community channel on Access Communications for 24 years.
