Many months of planning and hundreds of hours of work have gone into building the first Habitat for Humanity House in Weyburn. Volunteers have worked tirelessly to finish the first build and to celebrate, they will be having a Key Turn Over Ceremony on Friday, November 14 at 11:00 a.m. Everyone is encouraged and invited to come earlier to tour the house, which will be open for viewing at 10:00 a.m. Located at 412 Victoria Street, the house is a dream come true for Angie Dunn and her two children, Teagan and Stuey, as they mark the day it becomes their home. Without the help of volunteers and community members alike, this project would never have happened. The Habitat for Humanity steering committee would like to express their sincere gratitude to all that supported this project. Everyone is welcome to attend and help celebrate this exciting event.
