ESTEVAN - The City of Estevan has announced a busy stretch of road will be closed Thursday, starting at 7 a.m.
The Highway 39 east railway overpass will be shut down with no through traffic due to a patching project completion. Traffic detours for westbound and eastbound traffic will take motorists down Escana Street and Kensington Avenue.
The public is requested to follow detour signs, use caution when travelling in construction zones and, if possible, to avoid this area until the construction work has been completed.
A projected reopening time was not released.
