Highway 39 from Estevan to Midale is open once again.
The Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure reported the reopening at 11:34 a.m. Tuesday.
Also, mostof the travel not recommended advisories for the southeast have been lifted. The closest travel not recommended warning to Estevan is Highway 33 from Stoughton to Sedley.
Most highways in the southeast now report that winter conditions eixt.
Environment Canada issued a blowing snow advisory for the Estevan area at 2:04 a.m. on Tuesday, due to expected poor visibilities in snow and blowing snow, but that was lifted at 11:09 a.m.
A snowfall warning for the Carlyle area, issued Monday, is still in effect.
