Natalie fundraiser

The Weyburn Legion Hall was packed with supporters of the Lane and Tiffany Mintenka family, for a fundraiser for their infant daughter Natalie, held on Saturday evening to help raise funds for her ongoing medical treatments. The long table in the foreground was filled with silent auction items up for bid, plus a number of items were sold by live auction in addition to the supper, and Mandy Meyson (Szczecinski) and her band provided entertainment for the evening. There were around 270 tickets sold for the supper, catered by the Legion Hall. Natalie has Dravet Syndrome, a rare epileptic condition for which there is no known cure and subjects the little girl to prolonged seizures.
