An Estevan church is encouraging the public to join them for a unique community event on Christmas Eve.
Trinity Lutheran Church is running the Door Stop Community Sing on Dec. 24, starting at 8 p.m.
People are urged to grab a candle, and take a step onto their front porch or balcony to join their neighbours in singing Silent Night.
On a Facebook event page for the Door Stop Community Sing, the church said this year the Christmas season may look different but people can join in this familiar carol from their homes.
People are asked to join the song from the safe distance of their front step where they will raise this song of hope.
