A pickup truck throws up large waves of water after driving through deep rain water on Railway Avenue on June 23, following a heavy downpour late in the afternoon. The water accumulated faster than the storm drain was able to take it away, and caused deep puddles on low-lying sections of Railway as well as a number of intersections around the city.
