Weyburn’s Rotary exchange student Liza Biard posed in front of some rapids near Thompson, Man., where her group of exchange students stopped before boarding a plane for a trip to Churchill recently. Biard, who is from France, saw polar bears and Northern Lights during her visit to Churchill, the first time she has ever viewed them.
