Estevan RCMP say the person found dead this morning in the Village of Benson passed away from natural causes.
Officers were called to Benson at 4:30 this morning after a resident found an unresponsive 63-year-old man lying on the road outside of his house. EMS attended the scene but were unable to revive the man.
The local coroner, members of the Regina Major Crime Unit and Yorkton Ident Unit were also called to Benson to conduct an investigation. It was ultimately determined that there was no foul play and the man had died from natural causes.
The family of the victim has been notified but the name of the deceased has not been released.
