The Pharmasave Central Store of the Year Award was presented to the local Weyburn Pharmasave. The award is given out to only one of the approximately 50 stores located in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northern Ontario..
"We have an evaluation each year and we have quite a competition between the stores and, for the second year in a row, Weyburn has won the award." said Krista Missal, Pharmacy Manager.
Criteria for the award is based on store image, representation of the Pharmasave brand, sales, inventory control and customer service.
Missal added that the Pharmasave staff are the real driving force behind the award.
"We have an amazing staff," she said. "They work so hard every day to make our store fantastic. They're really the ones who this award goes out to."
