As a result of a traffic stop near Benson, members of the EPS Combined Traffic Services team charged a 37-year-old man from Swift Current with impaired operation of a conveyance and operation of a conveyance over .08.

He was lodged in cells until sober and will be released for court in March to answer to the charges.

Officers arrested a 34-year-old man in the 1300-block of Third Street for failing to comply with his release order. He was lodged in cells and will be taken before a justice of the peace, to be released with further conditions.

As a result of a report of a possible impaired driver, a 30-year-old woman from Regina was issued a 72-hour driver’s licence suspension and her vehicle was impounded.
