Preliminary trial dates were tentatively set for Sept. 29, 30, Oct. 1 and 2 for Nathan Mullen, who is facing charges of second degree murder in relation to the death of Leslie Dwyer.
Crown prosecutor Derek Davidson was present in Estevan provincial court on March 23, and explained to presiding Judge Lane Weigers that the Crown prosecutor dedicated to the Mullen case would not be available in the summer, and dates after the month of August would have to be considered.
The aforementioned dates in September and October were set aside for the preliminary trial, which are subject to change.
