Premier Brad Wall chats with Luk Bell, operations manager of Souris Valley Industries during a tour of the Weyburn plant on Tuesday afternoon, as Tanya Dubois, operations manager, listens. The premier had a tour to hear about how Souris Valley Industries provided precast concrete pieces for the new Mosaic Stadium in Regina. He also met with city council, and with local oil business owners about the accelerated well cleanup program that has been proposed to the federal government as a way to provide jobs in the oilpatch, and to help clean up the environment.
