A lively group of three and four-year-olds dance and jump as they enjoy “Singing with Sylvia” on Friday at the Allie Griffin Art Gallery, located on the lower level of the Weyburn Public Library. The children’s performer was presented through the Weyburn Concert Series and the Spark program, which is provided by the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils (OSAC), and she gave two free performances for young children at the library.
