Ad sales representative Amanda Paré of the Weyburn Review is being recognized by the Glacier Media Group as one of two top sales representatives for the Prairie Newspaper Group.
She has been named to the President’s Club for 2015 for Glacier Media, and will be recognized with a trip to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico on Apr. 22-27.
Amanda was first informed of her award when she was called on Jan. 18.
“I was in complete shock when I received the phone call. I still can’t believe I sit in the top two for the PNG division,” she said on Monday.
“I am very excited to go down to Mexico and receive this award and to represent the Weyburn Review and Weyburn This Week.”
Her co-winner was Charlotte Artyshko of the Virden, Man., Empire Advance.
“This is definitely a huge accomplishment for myself, as I take great pride in my work and in serving my customers,” added Amanda.
“The President’s Club is all about recognizing and rewarding ongoing success,” said Rick Major, publisher of the Review and This Week.

To be named to Glacier’s President’s Club, the sales rep had to achieve the highest accumulation of points based on revenue growth percentage over a one year period along with yield growth percentage.
Other factors include attitude in and out of the office, reliability at work, community involvement, revenue-generating or cost-saving ideas, awards or letters of commendation or support.
