Weyburn Jammer “Ricki Bobby” skates hard to get by the pack of blockers to score points, during a roller derby match between the Weyburn Strait Jackettes and the Headstone Honeys from Portage La Prairie, Man. The match was held on Saturday evening at the Curling Rink, with the Strait Jackettes winning by the score of 182-76. Only the jammer can score points in the game, as she passes by opposing skaters, and she is identified by the star on her helmet. Proceeds of the 50-50 draw were donated to Isaiah Evans and his family of Weyburn, to assist with their medical expenses for Isaiah.
