Bill Rudachyk proudly displays the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal, presented Monday evening by Mayor Debra Button at his last-ever council meeting in city council chambers. Rudachyk ended a 21-year career serving the city as a councillor, and did not run in this year's election as he and wife Dona are moving in the new year to Warman, to be closer to family.
