Weyburn Salvation Army Lieutenant Brian Bobolo, along with Sally Ann and Cadets Ian and Donna Rabourn kick off the back to school campaign at Superior Office Products on August 12.

The Weyburn Salvation Army and Superior Office Products have teamed up to help families in need get ready for school.

Weyburn Salvation Army Community Ministries Coordinator Laura Morrissette said teachers want specific items and some of these items can get costly.

Superior Office Products will be collecting donations to provide families in need with a little extra help when purchasing school supplies.

"Families that have applied will be given a gift certificate to use at Superior Office Products for their school supplies," said Morrissette.

Residents can attend the Weyburn Salvation Army or Superior Office Products to make a monetary donation towards the School Supply Drive.

Residents interested in receiving help with school supplies can contact Morrissette at the Salvation Army at 306-842-2280.
