Young Fellows member Andy Barber, at right, brings over a pair of five-foot trees as balsam and Fraser fir trees are unloaded from a truck on Nov. 22 for the Young Fellows Christmas tree lot, located in the fenced lot behind the Co-op food store on Second Street. Trees are available in sizes ranging from five to eight feet, with a few taller ones also available from 10 to 12 feet. The Christmas tree lot opened for the season on Saturday, and will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Sundays from noon to 5:30, and weekdays from noon to 8:30 p.m. All proceeds from this fundraiser will stay in Weyburn for the many community projects supported by the Young Fellows Club in Weyburn.
