The St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation announced this past week they have added a part-time position to their team.

Kristin Dupuis has been selected as their part-time administrative assistant thanks in large part to the growth of the Foundation over the past couple of year.

“With the organic growth over the past two years, the board felt it was necessary that we continued to move forward in a positive direction to ensure donor stewardship was a priority and that we can continue to grow in the future,” said the foundation’s executive director, Becky Conly. “With additional events and campaign, the extra administrative support is imperative. Kristin has a positive and outgoing personality and will fit in well with the dynamic of the Foundation.”

Dupuis comes from an accounting and administration background, but is also experienced in the charity and non-profit sector. She has been a volunteer for several organizations including the Estevan Family Centre, Sacred Heart School, Estevan Oilfield Technical Society and Envision Counselling and Support Centre where she has been a volunteer for approximately 18 years.

Dupuis also has event planning expertise. So the combination of her education and work experience coupled with volunteer experience and event planning will allow her to make a smooth transition into the foundation’s operations.
