Grade 8 students Joe Anne Quistadio, Jordyne Robertson and Zac Robins work on slicing up cucumbers, celery and eggplant for a stir fry in Home Ec class on Wednesday at St. Michael School. The students were taken through the process of preparing a simple stir fry, from the preparation of ingredients to the cooking, and then were able to sample the cooked product at the end of class.
