“Aurora” falls asleep after pricking her finger on a spindle, in this ballet performance of “Sleeping Beauty”, staged by Canada’s Ballet Jorgen on Wednesday evening in the Cugnet Centre. A number of Weyburn ballet dancers were able to join the company for the performance on stage along with the touring company. There were 811 people in attendance for the ballet, the first one brought to Weyburn since 1983.
