Bob King, a former teacher at the Weyburn Comprehensive, sits in front of the old main entrance to the 100-year-old building when it was called the Weyburn Collegiate Institute. The first classes at the WCI were held in 1913 and some of the original structures, such as cabinets and windows, from when the school was first built still exist today. The Weyburn Comp is undergoing a renovation and the former WCI will be demolished later this year. Reunion groups will tour parts of the building for Weyburn's centennial weekend, but not everything because of ongoing construction.
