We've all been there! Stuck....either in a field, ditch, snowbank or side of the road. That's when someone like Ryan Williams comes in. The owner of Top Notch Towing has been in the business of helping drivers out for ten years and by the sounds of it, he's doing a great job. Williams recently received his sixth award from CAA . The Saskatchewan Award of Excellence for Roadside Assistance is a prestigious award that recognizes contractors that provide consistent, professional and reliable emergency roadside assistance to CAA members in their region. A limited nine out of 200 CAA contractors who provide their service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year were awarded in 2014. This award which is given out to a maximum of only ten recipients annually speaks volumes about Top Notch Towing's ability to secure a total of six awards with this year being his first back to back win.
Kevin Lane, Vice President, Automotive Services, CAA Saskatchewan remarked. "Thank you and congratulations to this year's recipients of the CAA Award of Excellence for Roadside Assistance,". He added, "These recipients have gone above and beyond during their regular duties to provide the best year-round service to our valued CAA Members. Every time our contractors are out on the job, they are representing CAA Saskatchewan. As our ambassadors, their goal is to offer the best professional service that our Members deserve and are entitled to, in addition to the many other CAA Saskatchewan membership benefits."
All roadside assistance calls in Saskatchewan are processed through a central dispatch system based in Regina. The calls are sent to a contractor nearest the location of the vehicle breakdown. Information can be found online http://caask.ca/automotive/roadside-assistance.
