Laurie Walbaum and Emma Chuckry watch as Santa Claus welcomes the Independent Riders as they arrive at River Park at the end of the annual Salvation Army Toy Run on Saturday afternoon. Toys and cash were then collected in the sleigh for the Salvation Army, with close to $600 in cash received, with all donations going towards the Christmas hamper program. The Riders took a route from the Weyburn Junior High parking lot around the city and through the downtown before ending at River Park.
