The Triple C Centre is very close to their goal.
"We're excited that we are so close to wrapping this up," said Jo Cugnet, adding the board is very close to reaching the finish line.
Cugnet said the complete amount should be raised by the end of the month.
There are still opportunities for businesses and individuals to be included as a permanent donor as a granite wall donor or to be recognized on a seat.
Seats are available for $250, and to become a granite wall donor, $1,000.
"Calls are already coming in to book the facility for use," said Cugnet. "We are looking forward to the opening."
Cugnet said it is the board's hope that an announcement can be made early in January as to who the donors are that put the Triple C Centre over the top.
