There have been two more recoveries from the COVID-19 virus in South East Zone 4, which includes Estevan, according to the provincial numbers for July 26.
That leaves the number of active cases in Zone 4 at two.
There are no new cases of COVID-19 to report in Zone 4, or in the South East region.
There are 43 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on July 26, bringing the provincial total to 49,727 cases.
The new cases are located in the following zones: Far North West, 12; Far North Central, 1; Far North East, 20; North Central, 1; Saskatoon, 5; South Central, 1; and South West, 1. Two cases are pending residence information.
One new death was reported in the 40-49 age group from the North West zone. A total of 579 people with COVID-19 have died in Saskatchewan.
Another 23 people have recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 48,792. Two recoveries are from the South East.
There are 356 cases that are considered active, including nine in the South East.
There are 55 people in hospital. Forty-five are receiving inpatient care, including one in the South East. Ten are in intensive care.
There were 931 COVID-19 tests processed in Saskatchewan on July 25, including 25 in the South East.
An additional 2,542 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been given in Saskatchewan, bringing the total number of vaccines administered in the province to 1,388,330. Seventy-six new doses are from the South East.
Seventy-four per cent of those 12+ have received their first dose and 62 per cent of those 12+ are fully vaccinated.
