WEYBURN – The City of Weyburn is once again looking to bring residents, organizations, businesses and volunteer groups together to help clean and improve the community during a week-long cleanup campaign. Wey-Clean Week will be held May 9-13, 2022.
The City is highlighting different neighbourhoods each day of the week, using its garbage collection areas: (visit https://weyburn.ca/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/2022-Refuse-Calendar.pdf for the area map)
- May 9 – City Crews will focus on city-wide areas
- May 10 – Area 1
- May 11 – Area 2
- May 12 – Area 3, 4 and 5
· May 13 – Downtown Clean-up
There are public garbage cans located throughout all City Parks and trails; and roll-off bins will also be placed in each area for collected garbage disposal.
Garbage bags and rubber gloves will be provided to all those who contact the City to confirm their participation.
