Weyburn student Arliss Sidloski sat at the eternal flame in front of the Parliament Buildings, and did a selfie in front of the Peace Tower, in Ottawa where she visited from April 28 to May 1 for the Rotary program, Adventures in Citizenship. She and young people from across Canada had a tour of the Parliament Buildings, and saw many other sights such as the Canadian War Museum during their stay in the nation's capital. She also had a look at the flooding caused by the Ottawa River, but noted the high waters did not affect her while she stayed in Ottawa.
