Weyburn Special Events is doing their part to help keep the community happy and healthy during this self-isolation period by encouraging the public to go out for walks and do interactive activities to win prizes from them.
This is the second week in a row that they will post a new challenge everyday on their Facebook page for people to participate in all from the comfort of their own home or neighbourhood. April 1st — Today is JOKES DAY - Tell us a funny joke, record you child sharing a joke! Is there a funny April Fool’s joke you pulled on your family? You prefer puns? Laughter is the best medicine, so share with us to lighten our day!
April 2nd — NATIONAL PB & J DAY - make sure you enjoy a PB & J today! Tell us your favourite PB - the best kind bread, jam and the PB! Prize $15 gift card to Weyburn Coop Grocery Store
April 3rd — FASHION FAUX PAS - Admit it ladies, some of you have day PJ’s and night PJ’s right now and your hair has not seen a brush in days! Post your Fashion Disaster and be entered to win a $25 ZYIA Active Wear gift card courtesy of Amanda Griffin of Weyburn
April 4th — WINDOW walk - Easter Egg Hunt - Decorate your window with anything Easter! Anyone decorating their window or out walking and counting windows will be entered to win a Easter Basket filled with goodies courtesy of Weyburn Special Events
