Weyburn wood-carver Bob Linnell chatted with Leo Belanger of Regina as across from them Herb Klassen of Regina worked on his carving project, during the Saskatchewan Carvers ShareShop event hosted by the Weyburn Carvers group on Saturday and Sunday at the Weyburn Public Library. This was the first time that Weyburn has hosted the two-day carving event where wood-carvers gathered to work on a common carving project while sharing ideas and techniques. The project was to carve a fjord horse, which is a traditional Scandinavian horse design.
