Although it took them until the third period to get into high gear, the Estevan TS&M Bruins took advantage of their weak opponent on Sunday.

The Bruins (12-7-3) sit in third place in the SBAAHL's South Division, while the Hounds (0-20) are winless this season.

Estevan needed only 30 seconds to strike first on a Brayden Pachal power play goal.
The Hounds responded two minutes later on a goal by Jacob Belton and took the lead later in the frame on a power play marker by Thomas Dechant.
Fonstad levelled the score before the period was out, scoring with two minutes left.
The Hounds regained the lead in the second period on another Belton goal late in the stanza.
The Bruins roared to life in the third though, scoring five unanswered goals from five different players.
Jayden Davis tied the game 55 seconds in and Pachal put the Bruins ahead for good barely two minutes later.
Estevan added three insurance goals in the last nine minutes courtesy of Josh Skjonsby, Fonstad and Hayden Cutler.
The Bruins dominated the Hounds in shots by a whopping 53-15 margin. Jeremy Dumaine was in goal for the hosts.
