Two of three Weyburn MMA fighters walked away winners from the octagon Saturday, September 28 at Prestige Fight Club of Regina's MMA Fall Out event.

Clayton Schira cornered his opponent Ethan Ornatowski for a knock out win in the first round. This was Schira's first fight.

"I was pretty nervous going in," said Schira adding he was thinking about his training and telling himself to pay attention to his opponent.

"I didn't expect (a knock out) to happen. It was definitely a battle, a short one, but he was tough."

Schira said the thought of another fight is up in the air. Training is a huge commitment and would take him away from his family a lot, so it would have to be a family decision.

"I don't know. It's something I'd have to think about," he said.

Andris Baltgaivis also won his fight against Dannen Ehealt of Humboldt Academy of MMA.

In his second fight of the year, Clint Mohan was defeated by Tony Calverley.

The main event featured Prince Albert's Ryan Rohovich of LDP vs Jules Beardy of Ultimate Muay Thai. Rohovich won the PFC Welterweight title fight.

The Flyweight title went to Haiti's Mark Sainci of PHF who defeated Honalulu's Samuel Quel.

Carlos Garcia of RYU won the 135 lbs class title over Wesley Bowman of LDP.

The Super Heavy title went to Las Vegas' Charles Williams of RYU after a knock out win over Roman Ott of JKA Iowa.
