With marks exceeding the standards for their age groups, Jillian Harder, Savannah Pohl and Alexis Vandermey each qualified for the Provincial development program.

The athlete-and-coach centered program develops elite level, high performance athletes. The goal is to provide a strong, unified identity for all national stream and talented provincial stream athletes and coaches in the province. These athletes and their coaches will attend two high performance camps during the 2013-14 regular season, while continuing to maintain training commitments throughout the summer.

These athletes are coached during the regular season by Tracey Rothwell and Jasmine Fraser. These three, as well as interested team-mates, have undergone intensive post-season training with retired HP athletes Meg and Kim Rothwell.

A summer based 'Fun + Fitness' program for competitive or interested athletes will resume in the next few weeks.
