The Richardson Pioneer Weyburn Red Wings made a trade on Wednesday with the Kindersley Klippers.
The Wings traded Left Winger, Dawson McKenzie, in exchange for forward Kai Studler, and the CJHL list rights of Colby Ralston.
McKenzie was a returning Red Wing from last year's roster and was part of the Cade Kowalski trade with the Flin Flon Bombers. Last year he finished with 17 points and five goals.
Studler played with the Wings last night during their 6-3 win against the Yorkton Terriers. The '01 born made quite the impression in his first Junior A game, scoring the second Red Wings goal of the night early in the first period.
