SE Wrestlers come away with bronze

The South East wrestling team came away from the Saskatchewan Winter Games with a bronze medal in the mixed team competition. The wrestling team included nine members of the Weyburn Cobra Wrestling Club.

The South East Wrestling team took the bronze medal at the Sasaktchewan Winter Games held in Prince Albert. The South East wrestling team came away from the Saskatchewan Winter Games with a bronze medal in the mixed team competition.

The wrestling team included nine members of the Weyburn Cobra Wrestling Club.

Weyburn wrestler, Frankie Gawryluik came away from the games with a gold medal in the 62kg female weight class. Tyler Fleming brought home a silver medal in the 60kg male weight class. Chantal Vogel won bronze in the 67kg Female weight class. Kaylee Bjarnason took bronze in the 67-75kg Female weight class. Katelyn Franklin came in fourth place in the 52kg Female weight class. Ryan Verbeem placed fifth in the 67kg male category. Carter Barrett placed 5th in the 75kg male category. Nathan Bradley was fifth in the 85-105kg male weight class. Aaron Hemphill placed seventh in the 38-43kg male category.
