The Johnny Witzke RBC Community Skate was held at Affinity Place on Monday afternoon.
A large crowd gathered at Affinity to enjoy some laps around the ice surface. Participants of all ages and skating levels were present.
Witzke is a third-year defenceman with the Power Dodge Estevan Bruins. Earlier this season, he was named the Bruins choice for the RBC Community Ambassador Award for his involvement in the community.
Many of Witzke's teammates were present for the skate.
