Weyburn’s roller derby team, the Strait Jackettes, are “Back to the Track” this weekend by hosting a doubleheader of roller derby matches at the Weyburn Curling rink.
The Weyburn Roller Derby Association will host the event on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 4:40 to 9 p.m.
The first match will feature Team Sask versus Team Green in White at 5 p.m., then the Strait Jackettes will take to the track at 7 p.m. against Team Green in White.
Team Green is a mixture of skaters from Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and both games will feature some of the best skaters in the province.

This is a family-friendly event that is licensed, and a concession will be provided by Mo’s Catering and Concession for those in attendance.
Admission for the night is $10 per person, and children 10 and under get in for free.
