Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Canadian Pacific (CP) will donate to food banks in communities along its network and host a virtual concert in lieu of its regular Holiday Train program.

Four residents who tested positive for COVID-19 in the Saskatoon (3) and South (1) zones, have died. Three individuals were in the 80+ age category, and one individual, from the Saskatoon zone, was in the 60-79 age category.

Rod Stafford will work his final day as the deputy police chief for the Weyburn Police Service on Monday, Dec. 7, and as he retires he will be leaving with a sense of pride in the strong police department he has helped to build in his career here.
