SaskTel announced plans to invest approximately $4 million to upgrade 35 wireless towers spread throughout rural Saskatchewan, including at Stoughton. The upgrades are expected to be complete on all 35 towers by the end of March 2018.

Clifford Ross Martin, born September 2, 1945, passed away August 24, 2017 at the age of 71 years was the only child of Fred and Elsie Martin.

Caroline Annette Johnston passed away peacefully on August 11, 2017. Born November 29, 1919, in Winnipeg, MB, Caroline grew up in Kamsack, SK. Her loving and helping heart led her to a career as a Registered Nurse.
