Update: Assiniboia RCMP continue to ask the public to report all sightings and information on the whereabouts of 40-year-old male, Philippe Beaulieu, who also goes by ‘Phil’. The last confirmed sighting of Phil was on July 19 in Mossbank.
Beaulieu is described as:
- Height: 6 ft
- Weight: 200 lbs
- Eye colour: grey
- Hair colour and style: blond, short
- Other descriptors: diamond tattoo on cheek, nose piercing
Investigators believe Beaulieu was in the area of Fairford Street East in Moose Jaw on July 25. Beaulieu is also known to travel to the Assiniboia, Ponteix, and Swift Current areas, but his current whereabouts remain unknown. Assiniboia RCMP continue to search areas Beaulieu is known to visit and follow up on information received.
Original Report (July 31): ASSINIBOIA — Assiniboia Detachment is seeking the public's assistance in locating 40-year-old Philippe Beaulieu who was reported missing from Mossbank. Beaulieu was last seen on July 16 at 8 a.m.
He is 6-foot 2 and 210 pounds. It's unknown what he was wearing.
