Over its six years of operation, the owners of Splish Splash Auto RV and Pet Wash are always thinking about how to better serve their customers and their community.
Splish Splash now offers professional full-service walk-in wash and vac packages at different price points. “This benefits everyone looking for personal care and a quality clean, especially seniors or those who no longer want to wash their vehicle themselves,” says Veronica Materi, who co-owns the business with her siblings. “Our Walk-In Supreme Wand Wash comes with a 48-hour guarantee. Bring your car back within 48 hours and we will provide you with a free Basic Wand Wash.”
For larger cleaning jobs, Splish Splash offers professional full detail packages at a range of prices. Seniors receive a 10% discount and rides are provided for all customers. The business has also expanded its refill water service. It’s now equipped with four stations. “For $1 – the lowest price in town – you can refill a 5-gallon water jug and staff will help carry it if you need,” says Materi.
Splish Splash also offers payment convenience. The Pay-By-Phone App provides customers with a 20% discount on their wash, and is simple and secure. Scan the barcode on the wash machine for one-time account setup, then choose your amount.
Other payment options include cash, debit, credit card and Pre-Paid WashCard. Load the card with any amount and receive a 10% bonus. Over time this amounts to a free wash. Registered cards benefit from loss protection too. “WashCards can now be used to pay for detailing, water, ice, and two Pet Wash stations, and in the summer, at the Two Scoops Ice Cream shack in the parking lot,” Materi says.
Giving back to the community is a core part of Splish Splash’s philosophy and over the years, it’s raised tens of thousands for local charities through car-wash events, barbecues and a recycling program, the proceeds of which go to the Functionally Integrated Program at North Battleford Comprehensive High School. Splish Splash also provides on-the-job work experience to special education students in the program, and has partnered with Prairie Employment.
