It was a great weekend for the Yorkton United Bulldogs soccer team. It was their first competitive tournament of the year and all the kids had an incredible time showing off their skills. Each one showed improvement throughout the Kickstart Soccer Tournament playing against teams who play in the Saskatoon league.
The Bulldogs lost to Lakewood Force (3-1) Friday.
Saturday the boys played against the Aurora Eclipse losing by only 2 points, 5-3. Saturday afternoon the Bulldogs tied the Kindersley Storm 5-5 in an impressive, fast paced game that was exciting to the very end.
The boys are looking forward to their next tournament in December.
