A life of crime doesn't pay.
Yorkton Provincial GIS, the Yorkton Municipal detachment of the RCMP and Yorkton Police Dog Service recently arrested four males and one female in the city in connection with Trafficking and Possession of Cocaine and Proceeds of Crime.
The RCMP conducted three vehicle stops followed by executing a search warrant at a residence in Yorkton on 7th Avenue North between Smith Street and Darlington Street. Cocaine and money were seized from the vehicle stops and the search of the residence.
As a result, two males were charged with Possession of Cocaine, one male was charged with Conspiracy to Traffic Cocaine and the female was charged with Possession of Proceeds of Crime.
