Dropping down to help out

The Saskatchewan Easter Seals Drop Zone - which is coordinated and hosted by the Regina Branch of the Saskatchewan Abilities Council - was held in Regina recently.

The Saskatchewan Easter Seals Drop Zone - which is coordinated and hosted by the Regina Branch of the Saskatchewan Abilities Council - was held in Regina recently.

Over $61,000 was raised to send children with varying abilities to Camp Easter Seal; a fully wheelchair accessible summer camp. Teresa Barabash and Cindy Hoffart, two staff from the Yorkton Branch of the Saskatchewan Abilities Council fundraised and participated in the event.

Participants raise funds to rappel 220 feet down the side of Hill Tower 11 on Scarth Street in Regina.

The PIE Factor team, consisting of Cindy and Teresa were the top fundraising team raising $4016.86 for Easter Seals Saskatchewan.
