The Yorkton Harvest wrapped up the current season with an overtime win over the Regina Pat Canadians and falling to the Prince Albert Mintos in their last two games of the regular season.

Thursday night, despite being outshot 48-16 by Regina, the Harvest squeaked out a narrow 3-2 overtime win over the Pat Canadians at the Al Ritchie Arena.

The Harvest jumped out to a two goal lead in the first period on goals by Lynnden Pastachak and Tanner LeSann. Pastachak scored just under two minutes after the opening whistle assisted by Nicholas Pouliot. LeSann added Yorkton's second goal just about midway through the period assisted by Brayden Park and Blake McMillen.

Emery Anderson lit up the board for the Pat Canadians late in the period.

Tristan Frei tied the game at two with 2:24 remaining in the second period.

Following a scoreless final frame the game went into overtime.

LeSann potted the game winner into an empty net unassisted with 46 seconds left on the clock to clinch the win for the Harvest.

Saturday the P.A. Mintos outshot the Harvest 58-11 on the way to an 11-0 shutout win at the Art Hauser Centre Arena. The Mintos scored five times in each of the second and third periods, including five powerplay goals on the way to the win.

Prince Albert goals were scored by Regan Wilson and Adam Osczevski who scored twice each, while Miles Warkentine, Matt Anholt, Ryan Duret, Lance Yaremchuk, Adam Fauchoux, Cody Young and Brett Njaa each added a goal.

Sunday afternoon the Mintos continued their shooting spree peppering Harvest goalie Spencer Bomboir with 56 shots on goal. Bomboir stood his ground much better in the second game of the two game series allowing just four goals on 56 shots to earn a game star nod.

Despite Bomboir's stellar effort in goal, the Mintos claimed a 4-1 win.

Warkentine scored twice for P.A., once in the first to open the scoring and once in the third period. Duret and Anholt each added a goal for the win.

Dakota Odgers scored the lone Yorkton goal, a powerplay marker midway through the second period assisted by Park and McMillen.

The Harvest finished the season in 11th place in the 12 team Sask. Midget AAA Hockey League, out of the playoff race, effectively ending their current season.
