The two teams battling for a playoff berth, the Yorkton Harvest and Tisdale Trojans battled to a 3-3 tie at the Tisdale Recplex Thursday night.
The Harvest took a 1-0 first period lead on a goal by Ben Johnstone, assisted by Dustin Skilliter and Devan Fafard.
Levi Cable, recently returned from a tryout with the Kootenay Ice, made it 2-0 for Yorkton early in the second period assisted by Denin Boesch and Fafard.
Ty McLean lit up the board for Tisdale to pull the Trojans within one.
Skilliter notched Yorkton's third goal of the night assisted by Fafard and Cable.
Jarrett Fontaine scored the lone goal of the third period to pull the Trojans into a 3-3 tie before regulation time ran out.
