To the Editor:
We are Canada. You know, the country with the greatest bodies of fresh water in the world. Ontario has about a quarter million of them - large and small.
So of course, the Harper government has to spend $2 million for a fake lake in Toronto because the natural abundance of the real Canada isn't good enough.
